AlgoDriven is a Dubai-founded automotive data platform that helps car dealers, classifieds sites, banks and insurers inspect, value and price used cars. Its lead product, EvalExpert, handles the trade-in appraisal workflow, and the company says 1,200+ showrooms in 14 countries use it. Emergence (San Francisco, backed by the Pritzker family office) bought it in an all-cash deal in February 2026, and the AlgoDriven brand stays.
