Anghami is a music and video streaming service for the Middle East and North Africa, operating the Anghami music app and, since April 2024, the OSN+ video streaming platform. Founded in Beirut in 2012, it relocated its headquarters to Abu Dhabi in 2021 and listed on Nasdaq via a SPAC merger in February 2022, becoming the first Arab technology company to list there. It has been majority-controlled by OSN Streaming Limited since April 2024 and is now subject to a going-private proposal from OSN.
