Arnab is a UAE micro-mobility platform for first- and last-mile trips: users find, unlock and pay for shared e-scooters and e-bikes in an app. It runs in Dubai, where it is one of two local RTA-approved e-scooter operators, and has run in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman and Al Ain. Emirati entrepreneur Hamad Al Shamsi backs it.
