Aurem
ActiveA unified workplace wealth and benefits platform — gratuity/end-of-service benefits (EOSB), pension plans, savings plans, long-term incentive plans (LTIPs) and flexible benefits — now positioned more broadly as "the intelligent operating system for retirement and wealth providers", giving institutions one platform for their products, processes and data.
Aurem is an Abu Dhabi fintech addressing the UAE's shift from unfunded end-of-service gratuity to funded workplace savings, a market it sizes at $100 billion. Its platform lets employers and providers run gratuity/EOSB, pensions, savings plans, LTIPs and flexible benefits from a single system, and its more recent positioning targets retirement, wealth, advice and insurance providers directly, emphasising rapid configuration — "from problem to platform in days" — rather than long change-request cycles. It holds a Category 4 (Arranging Deals in Investments) licence from the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority, effective 5 July 2024, as Aurem Wealth Solutions Limited (FSP 220100). First Abu Dhabi Bank selected Aurem as the technology platform for its EOSB Savings Plan in January 2025, and in July 2025 Aurem became the first EOSB platform to integrate with MOHRE.
