Bambucorn

Bambucorn is an equity crowdfunding marketplace. Startups, SMEs and real-estate projects use it to raise capital from accredited and retail investors, and the shares are represented digitally as tokens. Its Bahrain entity graduated from the Central Bank of Bahrain's regulatory sandbox and is licensed by the CBB as a crowdfunding platform operator. A group company holds a DFSA licence in the DIFC.
