Clara is a legaltech platform that automates company formation and startup legal admin: incorporation, equity management, agreement drafting and data rooms. It started as a hybrid SaaS-plus-law-firm spun out of the boutique firm Support Legal. It later bought Foundra Corporate Services (2020) and BOTH Corporate Services (2023), becoming a licensed corporate service provider that manages about 2,000 companies. It was acquired by Singapore-based Ascentium in February 2026.
