CollectiveSpend runs a B2B procurement marketplace and the METIS platform, which uses AI agents to source, negotiate and buy low-value (tail-spend) items for enterprises in the GCC. It says requests turn into approved purchase orders in about 48 hours. The founder started with a procurement consultancy in 2012 and launched CollectiveSpend Technology in 2016.
