CoreTechX
ActiveAn on-premise AI platform that digitizes, transcribes, and makes searchable handwritten Arabic archival documents while preserving data sovereignty.
CoreTechX is a Riyadh-based AI startup (111 Al Diwan Street), co-founded by Fahad Faisal Fahad AlSaud and Fahad Durukan, that builds an on-premise AI system (marketed as Raqmn.ai / ENAHR) for digitizing and searching handwritten Arabic archives for governments, courts, and institutions without sending data to external servers. Its proprietary OCR reportedly beats general models like ChatGPT and Gemini-Pro on Arabic handwriting benchmarks. It was selected for Cycle 6 of Flat6Labs' Riyadh Seed Program (demo day January 2026); no PIF/sovereign ownership evidence was found beyond the shared AlSaud surname.
