Abu Dhabi clean-beauty company that turns UAE-native desert flora into skincare. Its research centres on Tetraena qatarensis, a desert shrub adapted to extreme salt and heat, whose extracts the founders studied for anti-inflammatory, wound-healing and anti-ageing properties; De L'Arta was the first company to register the plant as an official ingredient with the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI). Formulation, production and packaging all happen in the UAE. Incubated at The Catalyst, the Masdar/bp sustainability accelerator in Masdar City, and selected in 2020 as a finalist for Chalhoub Group's Greenhouse beauty brand incubator.
