ActiveDirect Debit Marketplace: a paperless recurring-payments platform (web and iOS/Android apps) where merchants collect rent, school fees and subscriptions through UAE PASS-signed direct-debit mandates on the Central Bank's UAEDDS scheme
Direct Debit System runs a bank-agnostic marketplace where UAE merchants and landlords set up recurring direct-debit collections, and payers sign mandates digitally with UAE PASS instead of post-dated cheques. It works under a sponsor bank's licence for the UAE Central Bank's UAEDDS scheme and says over 50,000 tenants use it. In December 2024 it bought UK-regulated BACS software provider ElseWare Ltd as the first step of expanding abroad.
