Edfundo is a financial-literacy and money-management app for tweens and teens in the UAE. It is paired with a Visa prepaid card issued by NymCard, and parents can top up, set spending rules and assign paid chores. It was founded by former Rashid School for Boys teachers Simon Wing and Andrew Toward, raised a $400K pre-seed round in 2021 and launched in the UAE in early 2022.
