Foloosi is a Dubai-based payments company that lets merchants accept card payments through QR codes, payment links, APIs, Tap to Phone and POS. It says it has processed more than AED 7 billion for over 10,000 merchants. In September 2026 it received in-principle approval from the UAE Central Bank for a Category III licence under the Retail Payment Services and Card Schemes Regulation.
