Founded in Abu Dhabi in 2020 by Jay (Jihad) Sadiq, FortyGuard builds AI models that map and forecast street-level urban temperatures, sold via its Temperature Dashboard and an API to urban-planning, real-estate, and energy customers. The company began with heat-reducing surface coatings before pivoting to a data/software business. It operates from Hub71 (ADGM, Abu Dhabi) with a second office in San Jose, California.
