ActiveA UAE-regulated cross-border payments platform for SMEs: multi-currency business accounts, FX across 150+ currency pairs, supplier and payroll payouts to 85+ countries, and payment links.
Cross-border payments fintech founded in 2019 by Kevin Kilty. It launched as a consumer e-wallet offering zero-fee remittances out of the UAE - the first startup licensed in the country for digital money services - and has since moved upmarket to serve small and medium businesses with multi-currency accounts, FX and international payouts. Hubpay Limited is authorised by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSP number 190024, authorised 7 September 2020) under a Category 3C licence, and holds an Electronic Money Institution licence in Pakistan obtained in 2021. In 2025 it partnered with Aquanow to launch a regulated crypto payments facility for UAE businesses. Five offices across the UAE, UK, Pakistan and Egypt.
