Immensa helps industrial companies, mainly in oil and gas and power, replace physical spare-parts stock with digital libraries of certified Digital Parts Passports. Parts are then produced on demand through additive manufacturing and a partner network. It runs manufacturing centres in Dubai and Dammam, entered Saudi Arabia in 2020 by acquiring Shakl3D and LayLabs, and has offices in Cairo and Amsterdam.
