IQ-Tech is a Doha, Qatar XR and artificial-intelligence startup incubated at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP). It develops 3D/XR applications, virtual tours, and AI systems, with its flagship product Esculapio VR — a VR medical-simulation platform used for healthcare training, including civil/emergency-services and defense/military-medicine use cases. The venture grew out of a project originally developed in Italy before its founder relocated operations to Qatar to access QSTP's ecosystem.

Founder Nassim Davide Sidaoui is listed on LinkedIn as CEO of both Yuniro and IQTech, so this is partly a related-party investment. QSTP incubation is support, not a round.
