Ithnain runs a mobile app that gives people with diabetes a personal plan and remote access to a specialist team covering education, nutrition and mental health. In March 2024 it signed an MoU with the Saudi Ministry of Health to add its coaching to care plans at the ministry's diabetes centres, targeting more than 10,000 patients. At that point it reported serving more than 24,000 patients.
