Jozo is a Riyadh-based Saudi proptech startup and the Kingdom's first private platform to issue digital fractional real estate ownership deeds, operating within REGA's Regulatory Sandbox in integration with the National Real Estate Registry (RER). Founded in 2024 by Turki Al-Shlail and Fahad Almansour, it lets investors buy shares in selected properties from as little as SAR 1,000 and earn passive rental income via a mobile app, and issued the first private-sector tokenized real estate deed in Saudi Arabia.
