Founded in 2022 by ex-Careem employees Atul Bansal and Arvind Einstein, LivLyt started as a consumer electronics subscription service renting smartphones and laptops on flexible monthly plans. It later pivoted to a B2B workforce-tech platform for managing SaaS, IT and devices for company teams. ZenAdmin, a Singapore-based IT management platform, acquired it in January 2025; livlyt.com now redirects to zenadmin.ai.
