NewBridge Fintech Solutions was founded in Dubai in March 2017 and first built DepositBook, an online marketplace matching banks that need funding with high-value depositors. It later pivoted to LoanBook, which digitises syndication and secondary trading of corporate loans and private credit. In November 2024, Emirates NBD and Mashreq made a strategic investment.
