Lucidya
ActiveAn AI-native customer-experience-management (CXM) platform — social listening, omnichannel support (OmniServe), surveys, and Arabic-first AI agents — that helps enterprises and governments monitor, analyze sentiment on, and respond to customer conversations across 15+ Arabic dialects.
Lucidya was founded in Jeddah in 2016 by Abdullah Asiri and Dr. Zuhair Khayyat (with co-founders Hatem Kameli and Mohamed Milyani), building one of the region's first Arabic-first AI/NLP engines for customer experience management. The company's headquarters is now listed as Riyadh on its own LinkedIn profile (matching its Wikipedia infobox), though it was originally founded in Jeddah and retains an office there. In July 2025 it closed a $30M Series B led by Impact46 — the largest AI funding round in MENA at the time — following a $6M Series A in 2022 and a $1.1M seed round in 2019.
