Lumofy is an AI-powered talent management platform that helps organisations assess skills, manage performance and deliver targeted learning and development. It was founded in Bahrain in 2020 by Ahmed Faraj, raised a USD 500,000 seed round led by Hope Ventures in 2022, and later received direct investment from Mumtalakat as a winner of Bahrain's 'Startup of the Year' competition. Clients include GPIC, Bahrain National Holdings, Gulf Air Group and Bahrain Development Bank.
