Mental builds enterprise learning and development experiences out of game technology and virtual reality, on the thesis that experiential simulation beats classroom instruction for retention and certification. The platform has three pillars: Launch (deployment to VR headsets, PC or browser), Analyze (spatial data analytics and learning insights) and Administer (enrolment, tracking and LMS integration). Typical use cases are emergency-preparedness drills, remote technician training and certification programmes. Clients named on its own site include TAQA, Masdar, ADAFSA, the UAE Ministry of Interior, Yahsat, FANR and Core42, with Dubai Municipality and Alef Education also reported. Founded in 2018 by Hani Abu Ghazaleh, it runs a secondary technology studio in Montreal and had 12 employees as of late 2022. Its most recent product, FoodStars, is a first-of-its-kind ADAFSA-approved food-safety training platform launched in September 2025.
