Mrsool is a Riyadh-headquartered on-demand delivery platform founded in 2015 by Ayman Alsanad and Naif Alsamri, now operating in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Bahrain. In April 2025, Saudi CMA-licensed investment firm NOMW Capital acquired a majority stake in the company to strengthen its technology and logistics infrastructure ahead of a planned listing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul); Mrsool continues to operate independently rather than being absorbed into a parent company.
