Fintech

Nayla Finance is a Riyadh-based fintech operating under Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) supervision, offering Sharia-compliant digital microfinance to underserved Saudi micro-enterprises using alternative data and risk models instead of collateral or paperwork. It is co-founded and run day-to-day by Shaqran Alyahya (CEO) and Khalid Naili (Chief Risk Officer), both with independent prior careers, but is publicly described — including by Sanabil itself — as the first fintech venture carved out of Sanabil Venture Studio, the PIF-owned Sanabil Investments' venture-building joint venture with Stryber. The company closed a $4 million seed round led by Sanabil Venture Studio in March 2025, alongside planned debt financing to grow its loan book.
