Boutique Omani hospitality brand founded Oct 2023 by Asaad Saud Al Akhzami. Grew from single 4-room Tiwi guesthouse to four properties by mid-2026 (two Tiwi, two Nizwa), pivoted to franchise model via OCCI agreement, three further franchise deals signed, target 15 properties by 2030.
