palm.hr (branded PalmHR) is a Riyadh-based HR-tech company founded in 2019 by Richard Schrems, Christoph Czichna, and Dragan Nikolic after Schrems worked as an HR consultant in Riyadh. Its mobile-first platform automates payroll, absence tracking, and performance monitoring for SMEs across the GCC, with clients including Hala, Thmanyah, and Mozn. The company raised a $5M pre-Series A round in February 2023 (led by Speedinvest and RAED Ventures) to fund MENA expansion.
