Professional.me is an HRtech platform arguing that résumés are the wrong data structure for hiring. Instead of a document, each professional and each employer is represented by a personalised micro-LLM built on a taxonomy covering 167 industries and 1.2 million tasks; matching happens model-to-model, which the company says cuts screening time per candidate from over two minutes to about 15 seconds and reduces bias. It integrates with existing applicant-tracking systems and offers free and premium tiers. Founded in October 2024, it has processed over 300,000 professional profiles and serves clients across Europe, the UK and MENA, with a team of roughly 20 people from 13 countries speaking 14 languages. It joined Hub71's Cohort 17 in September 2025 and launched a UAE pilot survey with Hult International Business School in January 2026.
