Rasan is a Riyadh-headquartered insurtech/fintech holding company founded in 2016 by Moayad Alfallaj, operating Tameeni, an online aggregator that lets users compare, buy, and renew motor, health, and travel insurance from 20+ insurers, plus adjacent vehicle-services and data-analytics platforms. Rasan listed on Saudi Arabia's Tadawul exchange on 13 June 2024, raising roughly $224M in an IPO that was 129x oversubscribed, with shares surging about 30% on debut and pushing market cap to roughly SAR 3.65 billion (~$970M).
