Revoltech is a Dubai-based food-technology startup developing a proprietary freezing technology that uses electrostatic/electromagnetic fields to prevent large ice-crystal formation, preserving food cell structure and extending shelf life. It was one of four winners of the UAE's 2022 Global FoodTech Challenge, announced at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week in January 2023.
