Rize is a Saudi proptech and fintech company, operating under the CR entity Al-Alou Financial Company as a REGA-licensed real estate broker/property manager integrated with the Ejar platform, that pioneered the Rent Now, Pay Later model in the Kingdom. Founded in 2021 by Ibrahim Balilah and Mohamed Al-Frahi, it has processed over SAR 500 million in rental transactions and serves 200,000+ tenants, 1,200+ brokers, and 3,000+ landlords. It closed a $35 million Series A led by Raed Ventures in January 2025, following a $2.9 million seed in February 2024, with no sovereign or conglomerate ownership found.
