SARsatX, formerly SARsat Arabia, designs, builds and operates small satellites carrying synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and optical sensors. It sells high-resolution Earth-observation data to the energy, defence, maritime, agriculture and disaster-response sectors. The company started as a spin-off from KAUST's TAQADAM accelerator and in May 2025 raised a $2.6M seed round led by TONOMUS, NEOM's digital arm.
