Shiftat runs recruitment for employers from start to finish. It draws on a database of more than 1 million Saudi candidates, uses AI to screen and interview them, and schedules the final interviews. It began as a cloud HR system for the hourly workforce and says it has placed more than 7,000 candidates for more than 900 companies. It is based in Riyadh and has worked with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
