Abu Dhabi startup founded in 2023 by Adnan Fatayerji and Andreas Hartl, building what it calls an autonomous trust fabric: infrastructure that lets AI systems and autonomous agents communicate, coordinate and exchange value across organisations, clouds and borders while the operator keeps sovereign control over its data and decisions. It uses cryptographic identity, policy-driven routing and auditable interoperability so cross-jurisdiction AI operations remain compliant. Sold to telecom operators, governments, defence entities and regulated enterprises, and deployed within customer-owned infrastructure rather than as an external SaaS. Based at Hub71 and part of the Hub71+ Digital Assets specialist ecosystem, working with telcos, AI and cybersecurity labs and data-centre partners. The legal name appears on its website as Skipr Technologies.
