STHRIVE gives retail, hospitality and restaurant chains an AI platform for training and coaching frontline staff. It combines an LMS, a 24/7 AI coach, an AI course builder and operational data analytics to find and close performance gaps. Founded in Hong Kong in 2022 by David Gravet and Laurence Ouaknine, it later moved its base to the UAE, went through Techstars Riyadh (2023) and Dubai's SANDBOX (2024), and says it operates in about 9 countries.
