Takeem is a Dubai-based proptech that runs the UAE's first rental guarantee product. It protects landlords against tenant payment defaults and lets tenants pay rent monthly by direct debit. It was founded in 2023 by Rakesh Mavath and Pooja Vithlani and reports more than 100,000 units onboarded. In July 2026 Dubizzle Group invested and made Bayut and dubizzle the exclusive portals for the product.
