The Waste Lab collects food scraps from homes and businesses in the UAE and turns them into compost for local farms. It runs a composting facility in Al Ain and provides data tracking and impact reporting to clients such as Accor, Jumeirah, Hyatt and Emirates Flight Catering. By July 2025 it reported rescuing over 4.8 million kg of food scraps.
