Whizmo is a mobile wallet and payments app for individuals and businesses in the UAE. It targets people underserved by banks: users can load cash at partner cashpoints, pay, and send cross-border transfers without a bank account. It is run by Whizpay Technology LLC, which holds mainland Stored Value Facility and Retail Payment Services licences from the Central Bank of the UAE and launched the app in November 2024.
