Yamm automates the post-purchase process for e-commerce merchants: customers start returns and get refunds or exchanges within seconds, often before the item is shipped back. The platform integrates with Salla, Zid, Shopify, OpenCart and Magento, and with carriers such as SMSA and Aramex. It was founded in late 2023 by Sultan Alsubhi, Mohammed Alshalati and Hamadah Alkhaldi.
