Yanzo was a conversational-commerce service that let UAE customers order products, bookings and errands by texting a personal assistant on WhatsApp. It had no standalone app. Launched in October 2018, it ran a Eureeca crowdfunding campaign in 2021 to fund expansion to Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Kuwait. It went through Hub71 (2020) and the Sanabil 500 MENA accelerator (2022).
