YSpot connects young people aged 16–25 with organisations through internships, upskilling courses, assessments and AI-driven skill matching. Employers get a dashboard for engaging candidates and running youth surveys. It was founded in 2021, is based at the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, and by March 2023 had placed nearly 100 young people in internships.
